Compare remortgage deals from 100+ UK lenders. Check your eligibility in under 60 seconds with no impact on your credit score.
Four core areas, one team of FCA-regulated advisors. Pick the path that fits your goal and we’ll handle the lender comparisons, paperwork and follow-ups for you.
Switch & Save
Whether your fixed rate is ending or you’re already on your lender’s Standard Variable Rate, we’ll compare the whole market to help you secure a more competitive mortgage.
Fixed Rate Expiring
Avoid moving onto your lender’s Standard Variable Rate. We’ll help you secure a new deal before your current rate expires.
Release Equity
Need funds for home improvements, debt consolidation or a major purchase? A remortgage could allow you to borrow more against your property’s value.
CONSOLIDATE YOUR DEBTS
If you have outstanding loans or credit card balances, remortgaging could allow you to combine them into one manageable monthly mortgage payment.
No jargon. No stress. No upfront fees. Just the right mortgage, found for you.
Complete our free 2-minute assessment. No credit check, no paperwork — just a few smart questions so we understand exactly what you need.

Every homeowner’s situation is different. The right deal depends on your income, credit history, how long you plan to stay in the property, and whether you prefer the security of a fixed rate or the flexibility of a variable one. That’s exactly why speaking with a qualified mortgage advisor matters — they assess your full picture and recommend deals tailored specifically to you, including exclusive options not available on the high street.
Going directly to a bank means you only see their own products. A broker has access to deals from dozens of lenders — including specialist lenders — which means far more choice and often significantly better rates. Brokers are also FCA regulated, meaning they’re legally required to act in your best interest, not the bank’s.
From submitting your application to receiving a formal mortgage offer, most cases complete within 2 to 6 weeks. Complex situations — such as self-employment or adverse credit — may take a little longer. Your advisor will give you a realistic timeline upfront and keep you informed every step of the way.
An initial consultation and affordability assessment will not impact your credit score. A full credit search only happens once you formally apply for a mortgage, and your advisor will always ask your permission before this takes place.
Typically you’ll need proof of identity (passport or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), your last 3 months’ payslips or 2–3 years of accounts if self-employed, your last 3 months’ bank statements, and details of any existing financial commitments. Your advisor will provide a full personalised checklist before you begin.
Yes — being self-employed doesn’t prevent you from getting a mortgage. Lenders will typically want to see 2 to 3 years of accounts or tax returns (SA302s) to assess your income. Some specialist lenders are more flexible than others, and an experienced broker will know exactly which ones are best suited to your circumstances.
